Sarina is the true founder of the concept for Masala Bhangra Workout®. The concept for this workout lies in introducing traditional Indian folk dance into the fitness industry - it is meant to be a fitness workout for all age groups, and is actually a great calorie/fat-burning, muscle-building excercise format. It includes a warm up, teaching of moves, Masala Bhangra® jam, and cool down. The workout burns on average more than 500 calories.
What is the difference between all the Masala Bhangra Workout® volumes?

What level am I? Which Masala Bhangra Workout® DVD should I start off with?
You do not have to start off with any particular volume in order to advance to the other volumes. Each volume has different choreography. It is best to use each DVD on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Adding weight training on Tuesdays and Thursdays is the best strategy for losing weight, in addition to watching your diet!
Will I lose weight?
You will only lose weight if you workout at least three times of week and add strength training and WATCH WHAT YOU EAT! If you workout everyday and eat fries everyday, it will not benefit you at all. The Masala Bhangra Workout® is a great way to get your cardio workout in.
