The concept for MBW lies in introducing traditional Indian folk dance into the fitness industry - it is meant to be a fitness workout, for all age groups, and is actually a great calorie/fat burning, muscle building excercise format. It includes a warm up, warm up, teaching of moves, Masala bhangra jam and cool down. Approx burning more than 500 calories.

What is the difference between all the Masala Bhangra Workout Volumes?

Masala Bhangra Workout Vol 1…Basic Style is a 36 minute cardio workout. It includes 16 different moves with 4 different combinations. It includes a warm up, workout and cool down.

Masala Bhangra Workout Vol 2…Hip Hop Style is a 45 minute cardio workout. It includes eight different moves with one long choreographed workout. There is one move at the end that is hip hopish. This also includes a warm up, workout, Masala jam and cool down. This workout DVD is very much like a class like setting.

Masala Bhangra Workout Vol 3…Bollystyle is the most recent with 55 minutes of cardio workout. It includes about nine different moves with one long choreographed workout. This DVD also includes live music by Dave Sharma and Matt Schinder. This workout reflects the bollywood style of dancing but in an exercise format. T This also includes a warm up, introduction to the moves, Masala Bhangra Jam and cool down.

What level am I at? Which Masala Bhangra Workout DVD should I start off with?

You do not have to start off with Volume one in order to advance to the other volumes. Each volume has different choreography and you can start off with volume 3 if you like. It is best to use each DVD on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Adding weight training on Tuesdays and Thursdays is the best strategy for losing weight. Also watching your diet!

Will I lose weight?

Answer:
      
You will only lose weight if you workout at least three times of week and add strength training and WATCHING WHAT YOU EAT! If you workout everyday and eat fries everyday, it will not benefit you at all. The Masala Bhangra Workout is a great way to get your cardio workout in.
