Overview:
The second Indian-dance-inspired fitness video, the MASALA BHANGRA WORKOUT™ VOLUME III Bollywood style, is a 55-minute high-energy workout utilizing moves from traditional Indian folk dances mixed with Hindi Filmy moves. The workout seeks to invigorate both men and women with ethnic dance steps and music that have already gained popularity in "Basement Bhangra" dance clubs around the world and in recent Hollywood movies. Even Heather Graham and Marisa Tomei are sporting Bhangra/Hindi film moves in the hit Hollywood film, The Guru. The Masala Bhangra Workout™ has gained popularity worldwide. With a live dhol player playing live music, all the steps are named, broken down and easy to follow.
